What I collect
- Enquiry details you send via the contact email: your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry type and message.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when loading pages (for example, to keep the site secure and working).
How I use it
- To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about it.
- To keep records of enquiries and any resulting engagement.
I do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Products and AI providers
Consortio's products are governed by their own product-level privacy and data-handling documentation. For Masterful CV, direct identifiers are redacted before content is sent to an AI provider; the product documentation describes what is detected, where redaction happens and what is retained. When run privately, the Consortio prototype may send task and repository material to the provider selected by the operator using operator-supplied credentials. Product documentation takes precedence for product-specific processing.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet legal or accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@consortio.tech. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
